Personal data is any information that can be used to identify you. This can happen either from a specific piece of information such as your Name or from a combination of information that we will have.<\/span><\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

This data is divided into categories:<\/span><\/p>

  1. Data arising from our contracts (hereinafter contract data). This is data such as your Tax Registration Number (TIN), your address, contact details (email, telephone).<\/span><\/li>
  2. Data that concern your company and are directly related to your eligibility (henceforth eligibility data) for various programs announced by NSRF and other bodies. These can be Activity Code Numbers (KAD), information about the staff employed, turnover, previous subsidies, partnerships, debts to the public and any information that may be requested by the NSRF and other bodies to ascertain whether you are entitled to any program. Because these questions are dynamic and depend solely on what makes companies eligible for funding programs<\/span> for every question that will come to your mobile to answer you will be able to ask for a written clarification before answering so that you have complete control over why you are being asked questions.<\/span> In any case, the terms of use will be adjusted based on needs, but for reasons of flexibility and speed of updating, which is also the purpose of the NotiFund application, we have adapted this dynamic information system<\/span> of why we ask you time <\/span>so that we don't waste valuable time finding programs that suit you.<\/span><\/li>
  3. Data of our communications (hereafter service data) such as the history of communications with NotiFund. These can be:<\/span>
