The right to erasure of your personal data in case they have ceased to be a necessary part of the provision of the service for the purposes for which they were collected and processed or in case of withdrawal of your consent for their use.

The right to download (portability) of the data you have provided to the company in a specific structure and format, commonly recognizable in PDF format.

In case you consider that you did not receive an adequate response to your requests and the protection of your personal data is affected in any way, you can submit a complaint through a special online portal to the Personal Data Protection Authority (Athens, Kifisias Avenue 1-3, P.O. 115 23 | tel: +30 210 6475600). Detailed instructions for submitting a complaint are provided on the Authority's website.

NotiFund will make every effort to respond to your request as soon as possible. In any case, you will receive information on the progress of your request. 

The company reserves the right to request the payment of a request processing fee in the event that this request is deemed manifestly unfounded or excessive and given that administrative costs are required to satisfy it. The company also reserves the right to refuse to satisfy or stop processing requests in corresponding cases.

The Personal Data Policy is updated whenever deemed necessary, always taking into account the applicable legislation. Before changing our policy we will make every effort to inform our subscribers.
