Our basic policy is that your personal data is processed exclusively by us and not given to third parties except in cases where there is an absolute necessity to service the contract or procedures. 

Such cases for our third party partners may be Couriers, Accounts Payable Financial Institutions, IT and DATA security companies.

NotiFund is solely responsible for the security of your personal data and we take all necessary measures to ensure it.

• We choose partners with a high level of security
• We give access only to the absolutely necessary data to carry out the work they undertake for us, for example shipping information to the Courier and access to the IT server only in the places where non-sensitive data is hosted.
• We anonymize sensitive data that needs processing by third parties where this is possible due to the nature of the processing
• We conclude contracts with clauses that bind our partners when this is deemed necessary by the type of data to be processed

We process data mainly within Greece and the European Union (EU). In the case of cooperation with companies outside the EU, the minimum data is sent either anonymized and always with the strictest criteria and as long as their adequacy is proven by the European Commission.
