NotiFund can send you personalized advertising messages after processing your personal data, as they were granted to it with your consent via electronic (SMS, Apps, Emails, Forms) or physical sending (signing contracts, sending supporting documents, etc.) These messages may refer to other products of the company or in addition to the product or service provided to you with this application, following limited processing of the personal data provided by you.

For the other products and services that are not related to the application and the services derived from it, the messages are sent based on the provisions of article 11 of Law 3471/2006. Specifically, they are sent if

A. at the time of entering into the contract between us, you have not objected to the sending of such messages and 

B. you have not subsequently objected after receiving a message (eg by pressing unsubscribe – deletion from the list of recipients).

You will receive our advertising messages in the following ways:

• by email, to the email address you entered when creating your account on our website
• with notifications through the application, if you have authorized and activated such notifications (notifications)
• via SMS to the mobile phone you registered in our application
• via message on Viber or WhatsApp of the mobile you registered
• by phone on the mobile or company phone you registered
• through android or iOS applications installed on your mobile

If you do not wish to be contacted via telephone calls for advertising purposes, you can register in the Register of Article 11 of Law 3471/2006.
