The submission of online applications for the B cycle of the "Program for the grant of business initiatives to employ young freelancers aged 18 to 29 with an emphasis on women" has begun. The duration of the action is set at 12 months and aims to promote the self-employment of 1000 young unemployed people, mainly women, through the creation of new businesses.

Participation conditions:
Potential beneficiaries should
- They are unemployed registered in the OAED register
- 18-29 years old (the age limit must be met at the time of the funding application and at the previous date of the start of activity at the DOU.)
- They are not in education, employment or training
- They have benefited from the process of personalized intervention.
- They are Greek citizens or citizens of another EU state or expatriates who have the right to reside and work in the country or citizens of third countries who have a residence permit valid at least for the duration of the program.
- The men must have fulfilled or been legally released from their military obligations.
- Operate legally within the Greek territory.
Duration
The duration of the grant is set at twelve (12) months. The period of 12 months applies from the date of commencement of business activity in the DOU.
Aid amount
The aid amount amounts to 14,800 euros which will be paid to the new businesses in three installments as follows:
- 1st installment of 4,000 euros, after the start of activity at DOU
- 2nd installment of 5,400 euros, after the end of the first semester from the start of the business
- 3rd installment of 5,400 euros, after the end of the second semester from the start of the business
Business form under incorporation
Potential beneficiaries join the action either as
A) individual entrepreneurs, either as
B) members of legal entities, with one of the following legal forms:
i. General partnerships OE)
ii. General Partners of Limited Partnerships (EU)
iii. Limited Liability Company (LLC)
iv. Private Capital Company (P.E.C.)
v. Workers' cooperative of article 24 of Chapter E of Law 4430/2016 (A 32).
