What is personal data?

Personal data is any information that can be used to identify you. This can happen either from a specific piece of information such as your Name or from a combination of information that we will have.

This data is divided into categories:

  1. Data arising from our contracts (hereinafter contract data). This is data such as your Tax Registration Number (TIN), your address, contact details (email, telephone).
  2. Data that concern your company and are directly related to your eligibility (henceforth eligibility data) for various programs announced by NSRF and other bodies. These can be Activity Code Numbers (KAD), information about the staff employed, turnover, previous subsidies, partnerships, debts to the public and any information that may be requested by the NSRF and other bodies to ascertain whether you are entitled to any program. Because these questions are dynamic and depend solely on what makes companies eligible for funding programs for every question that will come to your mobile to answer you will be able to ask for a written clarification before answering so that you have complete control over why you are being asked questions.   3. Data of our communications (hereafter service data) such as the history of communications with NotiFund. These can be:

      2. Web Chat
      3. App Chat with applications such as Viber, WhatsApp, Skype, Messenger, Twitter, Discord, etc.)
      4. Communications with Chat Robots
      5. Instructions you gave to the automated IVR (Interactive Voice Response) system
      6. Communications with representatives (sales, secretarial, production)

The processing of personal data is any type of act or set of acts applied to your personal data. These may be the collection, recording, organization, deletion, storage, adaptation or alteration, retrieval, information retrieval, use, disclosure by transmission, dissemination or any other form of disposal, association or the combination, limitation, deletion or destruction.

 

What will be provided to us will be safe why:

  • we retain the absolutely necessary personal data, depending on the purpose of the processing,
