*Extension of applications until May 10, 2023
Applications are open from January 9, 2023 for the new action of the Development Law 4887/2022 "Entrepreneurship 360", which aims to strengthen investment projects subject to the Development Law (except those defined by special regimes). The total budget of the scheme amounts to €150,000,000 and is expected to be allocated to tax exemptions, leasing and grants.
Who is subject to the "Entrepreneurship 360" action
All investment plans of all sectors of the economy, with the exception of the sectors of Agri-Food - Primary production and processing of agricultural products - Fishing, Processing - Supply chain, strengthening of tourist investments and strengthening of alternative forms of tourism. Therefore, KAD from 65 to 77 and KAD from 84 to 97 are excluded.
Eligible expenses
The eligible costs of the program are divided into regional and non-aid costs. For example, investment costs are covered for:
- building facilities, machinery and machinery/equipment leasing and expenditure on special facilities
- intellectual property rights, exploitation licenses, quality control assurance systems, certifications, supply and installation of software and business organization systems
- the wage cost of new jobs
- consulting services to small and medium-sized enterprises, energy production from renewable sources, energy efficiency measures for high-efficiency cogeneration, installation of efficient district heating and district cooling systems and other costs.

It should be noted that Social Cooperative Enterprises (Coun.S.Ep.), Agricultural and Urban Cooperatives, Producer Groups and Agricultural Corporate Partnerships can also participate in the action with the minimum amount of investment set at €50,000, while as regards the amount of aid they can receive per category, what is written in the table above applies.
